Dahod The Foundation Ceremony of this Building was done by Second Chief Minister of Mumbai State Mr. Morarjibhai Desai on Date 06/12/1955. The Foundation of this building was laid to honour late. Shri Shantaben Girdharlal Sheth.
M.Y. High School
Dahod The first pioneer of Panchmahal Education Late Shree Manilal Maheta Established New English Schoolwith 10 students with co-opration of Dahod Anaj Mahajan and other citizens in 1914 and started secondary education in Dahod. It became a high school with classes up to matriculation in 1925. Dahod Anaj Mahajan took over this school with a capacity of 650students from Late Manilal H. Maheta by paying Rs. 19,001/-by his efforts the school’s arrangement became classic.
Urban Primary School
Dahod The Glorious History of Urban Primary School Establishment: - The school was established by Dahod Anaj Mahajan Public Education Society on 01/01/1957. From the year 1957 to the year 1969-70, classes of school standard 5 to 11 were conducted under the name of Mrs. Radhikaben Lallubhai Pandya High School (R&L Pandya high school) affiliated to the secondary department. From June 1969, the Government Introduced a new Education policy. As a result, classes from Std. 5 to 7 were separated as primary section from June 1969. Which was managed by R&L Pandya High School. R & L Pandya High School Dahod affiliated 5 to 7 class was started from June 1979 and primary management of independent school was started which was functioning under the name of R&L Pandya Primary School.
