• School app is basically a platform by which work processes of an educational institute can be automated, better communication could be established on an institutional level by enhancing parental engagement, and the paper work of the staff can be minimized to a great extent. • our school has launched a school app –DAMSES • (Dahod Anaj Mahajan Sarvjanik Education Society), which will be beneficial for Effective Parent –Teacher communication. • DAMSES has some special features: • Get updates of child‘s marks, attendance. Keep students attendance track record on daily /monthly basis. • Get alerts via emails or push notification on parents mobile if child is absent, • Parents can communicate with teachers using the messaging feature integrated with the system. • Can view child’s class routine. • Get updates of all notice board events marked on the digital calendar. • Easy homework tracking for teachers and parents. • Each parent and teacher has a separate login with all school management features. • Time Table entry and message with time table to parents. • Teachers can enter exam results directly through app. • Save communication cost and staff time for better use.
Library
The school library is a welcoming place for studying as well as reading. It supports students and teachers by providing access to current, adequate and appropriate information resources. We ensure that all the students, teachers and staff effectively use the ideas and information. The library encourages the love of reading and the development of student’s independent skills. The purpose of library is to motivate children to read outside the textbook and develop a well-rounded personality. Our library contains plethora (quantity) of books that include encyclopaedias, picture books, activity books and dictionaries. It has books on Hindi, Gujarati and English literature.
Art Room
Here, we hone skills of the child and accelerate them to achieve their dream. We believe that ‘Art’ is the form of any activity performed to express its inner self. Students are encouraged and facilitated for sketching and painting. The school is well equipped with a separate Art rooms to lay emphasis on the needs of the different age of the students.

The concept of smart board has been introduced where in modules integrated with the topics of the Syllabi are displayed on the screen. The topics are explained through animated pictures, making teaching learning process interesting and effective.
